Our Team

All staff are either fully qualified or undergoing training to achieve level 2 or above in appropriate childcare qualifications. All staff are encouraged to attend regular courses to enhance professional development and practice.

All staff receive training in paediatric first aid, which includes infant resuscitation, and child protection.

As a close-knit friendly organisation it is of utmost importance for us to have the best staff. All staff at the nursery have been selected for their expertise, caring disposition and enthusiasm for working with young children, as well as their excellent communication skills.

We feel this gives the right blend of experience and keenness to learn, and keeps us right up to date with any new developments.

All our staff attend both fortnightly and monthly meetings. Reviewing their personal and unit performance on a regular basis, ensures the nursery maintains high standards of childcare. In addition, these sessions serve as an information forum, providing the opportunity for staff to share experiences and discuss childcare sector developments.

Staff appraisals and career plan reviews are held once a year.
