Excellent staff are the most important element of our nursery. We have a stringent recruitment process in order to select the highest quality staff. Staff are dedicated to providing the highest standards in childcare with a commitment to the safety, development and well being of the children.
All our permanent staff are paediatric First Aid trained and they renew this every 3 years
Our Team and Teamwork - Working Together
The nursery operates a key person approach.
The key person is a vital link between child, parent and nursery. He/she is responsible for your child's care, learning and development. The key person also plays an important role in settling your child into their room.
The need to be kept informed is paramount to the standard of customer care and good quality of practice within the nursery. White boards are displayed outside each unit to summarise the days events and activities. We send out regular newsletters, hold parents evenings and information evenings.
We use a ClarionCall system to communicate with parents outside of nursery hours.
